Alicia Coppola is an American actress. She portrays Sheila Mosconi on CBS All Access's Why Women Kill.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

Coppola was born in Huntington, New York. She graduated from the Kent School in Kent, Connecticut in 1986 and earned a bachelor's degree from New York University in 1990. She is the sister of film producer Matthew Coppola and cousin of film producer Denise Di Novi.

Career[]

Coppola began her acting career as a hostess on the MTV game show Remote Control. In 1991, she starred inthe soap opera Another World until 1994.

She has also starred in other television shows, including Her better-known TV jobs include a recurring role on NBC’s Trinity, NBC’s American remake of the British comedy of the same name Cold Feet, which was cancelled in 1999 after 4 episodes due to low ratings. She has also starred in TNT‘s Bull, NBC’s American Dreams, and in CBS’ Jericho, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Young and the Restless, and Blood & Treasure.

She has also appeared in movies, including her movie debut Velocity Trap in 1999, Zigs, Sin, National Treasure: Book of Secrets and We Are Your Friends.

Coppola is married to actor, writer, and producer Anthony Michael Jones. They have three daughters together.
