Paramount+ formerly called CBS All Access is an Americna over-the-top subscription video streaming on demand service owned and operated by CBS. The streaming service offers original content, newly aired content on CBS' broadcast properties, content from CBS' library, and live streams of the local CBS affiliate's main channel, where available. On October 28, 2014, CBS launched CBS All Access, priced at $5.99 USD per month ($9.99 for those who'd prefer advertising-free streaming content). The streaming service offered users access to past and present episodes of CBS shows.

It launched as CBS All Access on October 28, 2014, the service was rebranded as Paramount+ on March 4, 2021, following the 2019 re-merger of CBS and Viacom.

Paramount+ launched with a library of 30,000-plus TV episodes and more than 2,500 movies, and in the first year is set to premiere 36 original series. It also present more than 1,000 live sporting events annually. The content comes from CBS (including CBS News and CBS Sports) and cable network brands Nickelodeon, MTV, BET, Comedy Central and Smithsonian Channel, with movies from Paramount Pictures, MGM and other studios.

As of February 2019, it has over 4 million subscribers. The streaming service is now home to Why Women Kill, the new dark comedy-drama series created by Marc Cherry. The first season premiered on August 15, 2019, and concluded on October 17, 2019. The series was renewed for a second season on October 16, 2019.
